Mr Wang Rongsheng, a cornerstone and one of the initiators of CZTC IP Firm, is a leading authority in intellectual property in Tianjin, China, and founder of Tianjin Municipality Patent Firm, where he served as director between 1995 and 2002 and contributed tremendously to patent agencies in Tianjin. He has served as a member of the 2nd, 3rd and 4th board of directors of All-China Patent Attorneys Association and has been repeatedly rewarded with Advanced Individual Award for Patent Undertakings. In January 2010, China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA) commended Wang for his contribution to the fields of patent and intellectual property and presented him with an Honorary Certificate. He has been involved in the fields of intellectual property, patent agency and intellectual-property forensics for, respectively, 31, 24 years and 8 years. He witnessed the birth of the patent system in China and has a unique and profound understanding of the system.
